I'm playing on PC and when I get to the console at the Armax place, all it let me does is check my mail and then I can't do anything else. I have to load my game just leave the console and I still can't play. Whats up with that?

I just ran into a bizarre glitch in this console tonight. When I activate the console, the camera zooms in way too far. I can still see the whole thing if I look around, but the problem is that not all of the settings work correctly. I cannot change any of the bonus settings (which is a problem because it is set to full bonus, and I am trying to do Unusual Scores), and in the squad selection whenever I pick a squad member, it fills both spots with the one I select (eg 2 Ashley's).
I had done all of the Armax challenges without issue on my Soldier, this time I am using Vanguard. I didn't have this issue earlier in my Vanguard run either. It just happened today, but I hadn't played SP for about 2 weeks.
I do not know if it is related to reinstalling all the DLC in an ill-advised attempt to fix the DLC authorization crash. I tried repair install of Citadel and it claimed no files were corrupt. I decided to move the Citadel directories out as a backup and try redownloading it and see if that helps.
OP didn't put a lot of info in his post, so I wasn't sure if he had something like this happen at the console and this is why he had trouble using it.
