Do you know what day you started seeing this message pop up up on your account? I see that you contacted us yesterday. If the action was done very recently, it's possible the system didn't have the details on your account regarding what the action was. Have you reached out to our Terms of Service team to dispute the action? You should have received an email regarding details on this. I recommend checking the junk, spam, promotion, and even deleted email folders to see if it was routed there.
Our Support team can provide confirmation on whether your account was actioned, but as I've seen some cases in the past, the details regarding what the ban was may be slightly delayed for our Support team to verify.
Celebrations aren't something the team will action for. We have specific info on what constitutes suspensions bans under this post.
