After activating the tiller, and activating the consoles in order from 1-4 and getting Ryder to comment "I wonder what that did," I went back and activated the consoles in the order 2431. After activating 1 the console sunk into the floor and so did the others. The final door opened to reveal a console you can scan but had no use and a huge holographic wall of all the glyphs in the game. SAM says there is nothing of use left in the area. Still couldn't activate the console in the gravity well room though, it was still hidden in floor.
