Thank you for raising this issue up, because I am also having similar issue. I have experienced 3-straight weeks of DNF. This month has been really bad for me with DNFs. Earlier in the year, I wasn't having any issues, until the Most feared promo started. Exactly as you stated regarding the card art, usually occurs when Most feared Marshawn scores a TD or if the card art has a most feared art. Recently this past 3-weeks it's been Lamar equipped with the Blitz card art, the game would go into a cut scene and then the game just crashes. It's really frustrating, I also noticed that most of my DNFs this year has occurred in opponents with pizza hut stadium equipped. @ezio23192 Thank you for chiming and providing us with your infinite PC wisdom, because I am still really new to the PC world. I know for a fact it's not my internet or WiFi. What do you think I should do regarding my lineup? Should I just put the purple power up card art on all my players to avoid the DNFs and the game from crashing? Again, thank you so much gents for always being active in these forums and advocating for the PC community. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

    Yeah I put all MF and Blitz card back to a normal card art if I can. That solves my problem after I get 3 DNF with Brandon Marshall and 1 with bo Jackson.

    What is your GPU

    Ok then it is definitely something incompatible with the gpu series. 

    i am running RTX 2060 super, never had a single crash with Madden 21 last year, but been having a lot of crash with Madden 22.

    Can anyone confirm if changing the cart art helps avoid the crash?

    We'll get this flagged down to the team. If you experience a crash or disconnect please let us know the following:

    • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
    • Platform you play on
    • What mode was it
    • What was the error message (if any)
    • What happened right before you got disconnected/crash?
    • What item(s) do you have that are Blitz related in your lineup

    And just on Sunday i got an DNF due to game crash which I don't know the reason why ... but later on score board:

    Again, this prove that your server already know that we didnot complete the game because of crash ... vs when user choose to quit themselves. 

    So to me it would be a very easy step forward not to mark DNF on game crashes.

    Hey Blueberry,

    My issue appears to be resolved, but I changed 2 things:

    1. Changed Blitz Lamar Jackson card art to something else
    2. Changed from DX12 to DX11

    Since these changes were made I have not crashed a single time. It seems like others are implying the Lamar Jackson card art might be the root cause here, I'm not going to risk 220,000 coins to check so hopefully someone can confirm.
