Re: Downloaded the Kasumi DLC but it isn't showing up in game

Just to check, did you actually buy the DLC on your account?

I know the downloads are on the "Classic DLC" page but for most of them that doesn't mean they are now free. The free DLC are:

Mass Effect:

  • Bring Down the Sky
  • Pinnacle Station (the key for which is on that page).

Mass Effect 2:

  • Firewalker Pack
  • Zaeed - The Price of Revenge
  • Cerberus Weapon and Armor
  • Normandy Crash Site
  • Cerberus Arc Projector.

For Dragon Age Origins:

  • The Stone Prisoner

For Dragon Age II:

  • The Black Emporium

All the rest are still paid DLC and require that you have bought them on your account in order to use them.

For Mass Effect 2 DLC you need to log into the EA account that owns the DLC from the main menu of the game after installing them in order to authorize them (you only need to do that once, after that log in isn't required).

Any "unauthorised" DLC should bring up a warning that they are not authorised but it would explain why they don't show up in-game.

You can see any DLC you do own on your account for Mass Effect 2 & 3 and also for Dragon Age Origins & Dragon Age II here: http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php (sign into the EA account you own the DLC on).

Even the free DLC for Mass Effect 2 needs to be added to your account, which you can do by "buying" the DLC called Cerberus Network (at no actual cost) from here: http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc

Of course, it can be made far simpler. If you redeem the CD Key for Mass Effect 2 in Origin and download the game from there instead you can simply add and download the DLC directly through Origin aswell, without the nightmare system they have in place for non-Origin copies.
