That error code is related to mods. So, when you say you have checked your mods - have you ran the game without them and that error codes still occurs, or do you mean you just checked whether they were updated?

Anyway, I would advise do the above first - run the game with no mods to check. If it runs then it is definitely an issue with mods.

Add them back in a little bit at a time, each time running the game to check for errors, it can be a tedious process but you should be able to find the mod causing the issue and remove it.

Just because mods are updated doesn't necessarily mean they will work.
