hi there im having exactly the same issues as the rest but every time i try and open a new case it keeps sending me in circles with no help.

You should try to contact someone directly, either per chat, phone or Facebook/Twitter help.
Details are in this post.yeah spoke to 2 people today one said that origin does not support that feature so was told to uninstall it and try the new EA app, that did not work. And the 2nd person said she had done something to my account and to uninstall the game and reinstall it, that didn't work either. Don't know what im really missing by not having the online feature apart from is it strike missons? but begining to give up now as i'm spending more of my spare time trying to get the bloomin thing working than playing it.
