hmm... weird.  it should be in the Download history if you have activated the code. 

*Note* 

If you use a new PS3 you may need to activate it first, go to: PlayStation Network (via the XMB), Account Management, System Activation, PS3 System,Game and select Activate System  ** You need to login with your PSN account

** A game or a service can be downloaded on total 5 active Systems. if u have activate a game or a service more then 5 times u need to buy it agin.**

Option 1:

Go to PS Store, Show downloads, and it may be called Need for Speed Limited Edition (if you have it) or Need for Speed Online Pass

Go to Sony Online Entertainment Playstation Store on your web browser and log in.

Mouse over your nickname -> Purchas History

If you can not find Need for Speed Online Pass or Need for Speed Limited Edition, then you have probably not activated code. If you have activated the code but it's not there, I think you contact EA Support by talking with a Game Advisor. Here! https://help.ea.com/contact-us
