Community Manager@Lippen1991 I am afraid that there is no way to have that reset for players. As that is a backend server, any reset would happen for all players and that is not something that was ever set up for the game. The only way to start over would be to play the game on a different EA account.

Community Manager@Lippen1991 You would have to speak with support on that one. Not all mergers remove content from one account. They have to look at the accounts and go through those options with you. Not something we can really answer as each situation is different.
I don't know what "contact support" means. Everything on this stupid site and Facebook all send me to Answers HQ and this thread. Why is it so difficult to send a direct message to EA Support without having to go through post after post of "I don't know" in the forums? I'm sick and tired of this Strike Team mission on my Priority Missions not going away because this game cannot connect correctly. I've never had to deal with a more difficult-to-contact support company before.

Community Manager@Rebirthed84 Support cannot reset or make changes to this in any way. I spoke with the games team about this and they are going to make some changes from their end but they cannot reset that progress for individual users. You may see changes before I see an update but once they update this issue, I will post one here!
