@tatugame88 Ah, okay. I know players on Madden NFL 21 Mobile will experience similar errors on VPN. You "can" play on VPN, but it's not fully supposed by us.
In this case, you're not doing that though. The app is down for maintenance at this point, so please let me know if you're still getting this error once the updated version comes out tomorrow for Season 5. game got stuck in login page i updated the app...couldnt able to open the game....clear the cache..uninstall and reistall it .....didnt change a thing......

So what you're experiencing now is actually a known issue for a lot of players. The team is working to fix it and hopefully once it's addressed that will help you out with the issue you were having prior to the new update.

The team fixed the issue with Resource Download Errors at launch from yesterday. Are you able to get into the game now? If you receive an error, try re-installing the app one more time and try again.
i did.....same issue...game is stuck on log in page....or sometimes even on starting page.....its been almost 12...to 15 days.since i was able to play the game...... in the whole season 4... i was having the same problem..either. it was a server issue or a network issue....new season...nothimg changed....its frustrating...and to be quite honest annoying as well....worst experience ever......i am unistalling it......thanks ny way......what a shame......

I have confirmed that you said the resource download issue has been fixed, but I am still suffering from it. And many players in sourh Korea are having same problem.
Errors occur mainly in LIVE missions and sometimes in Rising Star missions. I want this problem to be solved quickly and enjoy the game.

Hey, all.
If you're still getting Resource Download errors, please contact our Support team at our Help site as soon as possible so they can pull up your account to see what is causing this. This could be related to the account as the message is related to the transfer of progress from the previous season. I'm terribly sorry it's impacting you and that these troubleshooting steps didn't work. I'm inclined to lean towards it being an error our Support team will need to resolve through their tools since it's not working from your end.

Live-Support Hi there,
After the latest update, I start getting the resource download error message for all of the games except season and league. I've tried everything that's been suggested here, but nothing seems to fix the issue. I've lost countless stamina as I try to see which one works without error. Does anyone have this issue after the update from yesterday??
