Spa Day, Snowy Escape, Seasons, Romantic Garden Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff, Pastel Pop Kit, Parenthood, My First Pet Stuff, Moschino Stuff Pack, Modern Luxe Kit, Laundry Day Stuff, Holiday Celebration Pack, Growing Together, Eco Lifestyle, Dream Home Decorator Game Pack, Cottage Living, City Living, Blooming Rooms Kit, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into "New Game" or use testingcheats true and cas.fulleditmode and try to open CAS for a preexisting sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to enter CAS but the game gets stuck on a blank screen or on the loading screen.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to access CAS normally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Problem started happening after I installed Cottage Living, Eco Lifestyle, Snowy Escape, Pastel Pop Kit and Modern Luxe Kit. Game functions normally, all worlds and furnitures are loading except for CAS. I have never had a problem with CC before so I don't believe that's the issue.
