Thanks for clarifying, can we have your friend try the following and then check if the weekly/dailies remain empty?

• Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for console updates 
• Restore Licence
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open your PS5 NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
• Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Same thing on a PC (Steam).
By the way, I recall one instance where I inadvertently completed a task without even knowing what the task was. After that, all the tasks reappeared.

Here is the video. After the game starts, there are weekly and daily tasks (in main lobby), but once I go online, they all disappear.

Daily and weekly challenges won't show unless I'm online during the reset. If I log off and on again they disappear can't be completed. 

 I have been missing the daily and weekly tasks for 19 days now and there is no solution or help for this, which is very sad for the game and with every update the game gets more and more bugs and is downright destroyed to the point that you lose interest in playing it!!!!

Hello. after the update. My daily tasks are missing. You can view it initially in the garage. After you enter the free-roam mode garage, the daily and weekly tasks are gone.

You can't also view it while in free roam mode nor trigger any completion if you do the tasks.

PC player via steam.

hello, hope this will be fixed ☹️ quite annoying you are playing without tasks

it seems I noticed when the day resets. The list of daily and weekly tasks does come out and is playable (as long you are in the lobby).

But when you exit the lobby and reenter or restart the game. The tasks are missing again. 

Please fix. It is pointless to wait for the daily countdown to end everyday.
