Game will not load menu on PS5

Hi, can someone please help me as EA Help and Sony are stumped!

Around 8 months ago, the game started crashing as soon as I attempted the load the main menu (error CE-108-255-1.)

I can still play single player without issue provided I access the game through 'Start Activity.' However, the game will crash if I try to exit to the main menu.

I've tried all the troubleshooting steps to no avail.

To my understanding, this is something that needs to be fixed on a developer level, as its very odd the main menu will not boot (and I can access my save file for single player, so the data is not corrupted.)

I noticed something odd recently, too. I created a new gamertag on the same console and not only will the new profile load the main menu successfully, but upon accessing online for the first time, there was an odd number of in game cash available, over $1.5 million, meaning there is some crossover between either my single player/multiplayer account, which is very odd...

Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Especially as NFS is generous with content updates, I've worked hundreds of hours online to build up cash and collection and I'd love to gain access again as I feel I'm missing out due to an odd glitch.
