oh no..... 70BPs 70! to get the 8th star! Add to that 8 legendary parts AND 16 yellow upgrade kits. I dread to think how much it'll cost to upgrade, it cost 3,000,000 to get from 6* to 7*.
Note to developers:
Adding larger numbers that we have to grind up to DOES NOT add to the game! It just shows us there is no end to the grinding and you are stretching goals like a money grabbing Kickstarter.
Ahh I had my Ferrari Italia, McLaren and Lambo Aventador all maxed up with stars and I worked on the Ferrari 1st, then grinded out all the parts for the McLaren and was starting on my Lambo, NOW I CAN'T COS IT'S ADDED ANOTHER BLANK GREYED OUT STAR ON THE END SO I WILL HAVE TO EARN WHAT......70 OF THE B@S7^R)$ NOW BEFORE I CAN CARRY ON WITH GETTING THE PARTS. Well I may do it together.....Still pooey thing to do imo.
Sorry what does the 'Black edition' card do in the tuner trials??
i'll reserve judgement until i've been playing with new update for a few days, but i dont think its all bad
so the "black edition" card in the tuner trials is just earn another "level" of material, like all tuner trials you need to use a specific car, in this case the pagani and it costs both tuner trial tickets
"black edition" materials only scrap fir around 1600 scrap points
the cash required to install materials has been adjusted, to install 2*legendary materials to a legendary hypercar part ie crankshafts to engine has been reduced to 35k, so cant complain at that
the cash required to install the legendary materials and legendary converstion kits to a 7* part is 71k and 118k respectively, so reasonably affordable, although dont know what the rebuild cost is or cost to install materials once a part has been upgraded to "black edition"
the legendary conversion kits scrap for around 1400 scrap points, so that can make farming scrap points a little easier, although we'll now be needing all the legendary materials/kits we can get our hands on
it'll be interesting to see how it'll affect the overall pr of the hyper cars, my maxed ccx has now dropped to 989, so i wonder what it'll be when its all upgraded to 8* and black edition parts?

Another Silvia and EVO. More useless slow cars which are highly likely C. Sports. Doubt any of those will top the R34. At this stage they might as well bring the NSX on board.

Gotra go with this Chosen guy here ya know altho I like these series but to go all out to win a C Sports.....Still as Scott says it keeps ya playing and its SOMETHING to play besides the norm.
I feel sorry for that other guy tho, I hope he finds a solution or the team can help him.

Yes The same thing has happened to me exactly so here I sit with a chance to win some gold and as soon as I try to get to the tourney runs it closes I also had the snoop dog srt be for one run then it was gone I didn't even know about it that run is in my rerun group Did you just run across the snoop thing or was or did EA let you know about it?

@NFS_Sandro This happened to me as well. I was racing against a real player ghost and then game just randomly crashes.
When I went back in game, I still have my Rival ticket as if it wasn't been used. However, I got penalized for a incomplete race. 😞
But...that didn't make me mad. Oh no no no no. Something else made me mad.
I had three Rival tickets ready to be used up. Little did I know that these three Rival tickets would mess up my ranking.
I was #31 on the Top 200 leaderboard before racing.
I attempted the first race. Traffic screwed me up and sent me flying! I instantly retired from the race. (My anger was building up)
On the second race, cop roadblocks were in my way and slowed me down drastically. I instantly retired from the race. (My anger was at my maximum limit)
Third race, I took a trip to heaven and woke up kissing a bridge in reality. I got wrecked in the race. (My anger EXPLODED! Like a cork out of a wine bottle)
I was absolutely furious about what had just happened. The game just really LOVES to troll me!!! 😞
After losing those three races, I was literally out of the Top 200 leaderboard.
I then spent 60 Gold for a Rival tickets refill out of RAGE because I just can't accept being trolled three times in a ROW!
With my ANGER and RAGE, I blew through all five Rival races in a heartbeat.
After releasing my rage, I ended at #15 on the Top 200 leaderboard.
It's not my proudest moment, but I HATE being trolled! Especially consecutive trolling.
Noticed one more "feature" not mentioned here. More VPs in normal races, at least it seems that way. Up to the last update, these two conditions always hold (for several tens of thousands races):
- never got 3 stacks of VPs as a Mystery Prize (that is, no way out 😃)
- never got 2 stacks of VPs as the chosen reward in 3 replays of the same race
Both of those conditions failed several times during the weekend now, so apparently the VP moderation is now gone.
I don't think the stability has changed since the last version but what has is they've removed something that makes it more obvious.
in the last version you should have noticed the game would reset and reload itself a lot when changing game modes. I think this was a crafty way to reset the game to avoid a crash. Now if you change from "Campaign" to "Tournaments" etc, its wise to close and shut down the game and reload it. TBH as annoying as the resets were they are BUT NOTHING to the game rage quitting on you after a race win. Till the stability returns put the game resets back in!

@HeretikJirka To be honest, I haven't been paying attention to anything except Blackridge Rivals and Fastlane special event lately. So I'll take your word for it. lol

I don't think whenever the game starts again is just only the game resetting.
Remember the cars had bugged white spots all over?
There were plenty of times when the game starts again to download a patch. After downloading the patch, the cars look better by a bit each time it happens.
I can answer at least Bulletin 2 on your post in regards to what the max PR for the Nissan Silvia is. After ALL upgrades are completed, the car has a MAX PR of 704.
Hope this help you and others. I'm getting a little "tired" of how NFS has, and always been (just gotten worse) a "Freemium" game....we all know that unless you cheat (for which your account will be banned), you have to spend a lot of $$$ on the most important currency of all...gold. These Fastlane events are nothing but $$$ making machines (hey, I'm guilty of spending more $$$ than I'll even admit on here....but frustrated). Case and point...the Lambo Diablo SV event. I had the car maxed-out within 2 days of winning it, then won the new car series in less than an hour.
There is only ONE REASON that I am looking forward to the Evo VI.....and it has nothing to do with the PR of the car. The Evo has been one of my favorite cars since VI, and it is just a shame that Mitsubishi quit making the car after the 2016 model year (what I wouldn't do to get my hands on one of the Limited Edition 2016 models for which only 1500 were made)....
But I digress.....I agree with all of your points but wanted to let you know that the Silvia has that max PR of 704.
