Re: Need For Speed Payback Speedcross not free with the deluxe edition

I bought the NFS Ultimate Bundle on PS4 last week and I'm not seeing the Speedcross events.  It's showing $8 on the PS store.  Sony kicked me to EA, talked to two different reps, they kicked me back to Sony.  EA is the worst.

I've been bounced around between Sony and EA as well, tomorrow will be my third time talking to a Sony Rep and I just got done with an EA rep... I haven't really had many issues with EA before now, but at this rate, It'll probably take another four or five redirects before anything gets going. It almost seems like the Ultimate Bundle gives out a basic copy of NFS: Payback with only the two add-ons (platinum car pack and high roller [durable]) as well as in the in-game 5 premium shipments of course.

EDIT: I just got done with a Sony Supervisor, they said that it seems to be an in-game error that is preventing the purchase of Speedcross Bundle. They gave me $9 to buy the Speedcross Bundle. I believe it's an issue with the Deluxe Edition itself and any connected Bundles on the Playstation Store, I think they should have the Speedcross Bundle as a part of it seeing as how it clearly states that it is included with the Deluxe Edition.

I've been bounced between Playstation and EA for 6 hours today, finally ending with EA claiming they can do nothing and saying they'll connect me to a supervisor (their suggestion) only to have the supe never connect and the chat close...and not allow it to reopen. Then I come here and find a thread about it. Geezus.

I'm livid and frankly the way they're handling this is garbage. I asked to be issued a code and was told they couldn't do that. I just want what i paid for, how is that too much to ask?
