Impound Cars Not Saving/Unlocking after Extraction.

In my last game of lockdown I was able to grab a bike and get the first lock up where I found Izzy's custom Nissan GT-R Premium. The extraction was successful but the car didn't unlock. I did however get the contract for it completed. It doesn't appear in All My Rides and it also doesn't appear in My Rides accessed via Lockdown. 

I have 74 cars in Single Player, 94 in Multiplayer, and 8 Cop Cars. Which shouldn't be triggering the 200 total car limit. 

I want to have the car that I extracted to be added to my account. As if I cannot be sure whether the car will actually unlock or not is a bit disheartening to keep on playing. And the 200 car limit itself should also be removed.

I own the Palace edition with the Ultimate edition upgrade. I have loaded SP just now to check on the amount of cars I had there.

    I also didn't get the Crown Victoria from the weekly rap sheet, even though I have 1.2 Mil

    i've lost a ronnie r35 even the rockport legends contract counted me as completed. there are other cars i dont know if they are extractable from lockup but these cars are customs. they are a green exige s, a r34 with an plate and a orange chevy colorado. both of these cars have custom parts and liveries

    pretty sure i am under 200 cars cap because i can buy new cars from dealers

    I also had the same issue on my PS5.. os 3 games successfully, and one of those I even got the McLaren from BULL..  and it doesn't show in my garage 😔

    Got the same problem on PC. Earl's Porsche GT2, Kaze's Mercedes and Jewels's Mustang GT didn't showed up in my garage. I only have 104 cars out of 200 in garage. Screenshot as a proof of completing a challenge

    After selling all cars but 5 in single player I haven't had an issue with extracting cars. However, the issue with the Rap sheet reward cars. I got 3 million rap and haven't gotten either of the reward cars. I'll attach screenshots of me just having the cars I got from Single Player unlocked in MP.

    i got hit with the same problem but with infinite loading screen every extraction and have to alt F4 every time
