Follow these steps:

  1. Search for NHL 24 on the Xbox store
  2. Select the X-Factor edition
  3. Scroll down to "In this bundle" and choose the version for your console
  4. Hit the Free Trial button

    Hello @EA_Aljo ,
    I have the same problem on PS4, I have Ea play but can’t get the free trial anywhere. Do you have instructions for PS4?

    @finove 

    You should be able to go to the PlayStation store and hit the button with the 3 dots on it to see the available versions.
