This is my Xbox one hook up. I hope the picture came through. I have or had nothing else plugged into my console.

Just to be clear, you're stuck on the NHL 23 splash screen you get when you first load in to the game, correct?

So when I knocked off I am sent to my Xbox one Home screen. And it this occurs in Season Mode as I choose my team and get ready to play the scheduled game. I hope that helps.

This is the game screen where I would select team then directed to the home screen.

That's a different issue than what this thread is about. This is most likely a corrupt save if it keeps happening in the same place. You can try deleting the personal saved data. That might help. If it doesn't, you'll just need to start over unfortunately.
To delete the personal saved data, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. Choose delete from console.

I know what you mean about the 90s, but then again, we didn't have the kinds of games we have now. Regardless, they were a heck of a good time back then. I also have some pretty amazing experiences with modern games though 🙂

Agreed 💯 Great news is after 2 months I can play. I did the steps and had to restart my season etc but it's well worth it. Thank you
