Do you also use an external drive by chance? If so, try changing the location for saving clips to that drive.

Does it happen no matter the length of the clip?

    @EA_Aljo Unfortunately I do not. I had one, a very short one that stopped as soon as the game froze and kicked me out. But the others wouldn't even record.

    @EA_Aljo Xbox one, and you mean erase all data and start from scratch? No I have not done that as it is not the system, it never happened before the patch, and it seems to record other games...

    You can reset your console without losing any data. Can you try that and let me know what happens?

    I have reset the console, and still nothing can be done about this. I've tried to include a video I had to take by phone for today's hut rush so you can see it taking me from Rush to my Xbox homescreen. I'm not chancing it in rivals as I'm about to be relegated(also because of these I've taken a few losses along the way, not including the 3 champs losses because of this). Like this is ridiculous and it took all of 24 seconds this time, I had to shorten the video to 5 seconds so it would upload, but it won't as your system won't recognize a 5 second mp.4 clip..

    Is your hard drive full by chance? Also, have you tried recording clips under a different gamertag?

    @EA_Aljo No my hard drive is not full, it still has 240+ GB free, and I only have and use one gamertag. Listen, I appreciate your help, but it is not my system, and what would gamertag have to do with anything?

    What's odd is that there are so few reports of this. It's possible it's a very rare issue with the game so I'll keep an eye out for other reports of it. Normally, when there's an issue with the game, we get a high amount of reports of it. I'll pass these details on to the team and let you know if I have any news on it.

    @EA_Aljo I appreciate that, but it doesn't help me now. So I just can't record anything that happens from here on out... Doesn't help with losing all the points and games either.

    I understand, but unfortunately, we can't help with the missing points. In the meantime, I'd advise against recording clips.

    There may be a connection, because I have been recording clips as well, I don't know if that is the direct cause of the crashes or not, but I should play some games without recording to see if that could be a possible be a fix.

    Thanks for keeping this in mind. It would be good to know if you're also disconnecting just after capturing some video.

    To the best of my knowledge it hasn't crashed directly, but for now I will continue without recordinng and see how that goes.

    Did you switch to those jerseys and then this started happening? If so, can you remove it and see if it still happens?

    @EA_Aljo I was wearing those jerseys for a bit and it was around the same time, but I do y remember if they correlate the exact same time. I have switched them out already, but it was a change that I made around the same time. I'm just saying it could be related somehow.

    @EA_Aljo Yea, just tried it during a squad battles and lasted about 35 seconds before it quit and again XBox screen. Played 8 SB yesterday, 7 Champs and no issues, but as soon I go to record...

    Thanks for the update. At this point, I don't know what else to suggest other than not to record clips. I'll keep an eye out for other reports of this as well.
