It seems that the monthly HUT Playoffs for NHL 11 on PS3 (and therefore the "HUT Playoff Contender" trophy) is glitched or otherwise not working. For the past 2-3 months, I have finished in the Top 25 in the leaderboards (including the Top 5-10 for the month of August), but did not qualify for any of the monthly playoffs. I know several other people also playing NHL 11 in the past few months that have experienced the same issue.

I know that NHL 11 is an older game, but there are a number of people continuing to play, and hoping to obtain this trophy (and the NHL 11 Platinum trophy) before the servers go offline.
Could somebody please either:
a) find a way to fix the HUT Monthly Playoffs so that the trophy gets awarded and/or devise an alternate arrangement so that the trophy I have already fulfilled the requirements for gets awarded?
b) if in fact the HUT Monthly Playoffs are working, confirm what requirements/special circumstances people must fulfil to qualify for them? If these happen to be based on the overall # of people playing, is this something that could possible be changed now that far fewer people are playing NHL 11?

I contacted the studio regarding this, and will update should they respond.
Unfortunately, seeing as NHL 2011 isn't supported anymore, I am not sure that if there is a response it will be something helpful.
