    I have been using google's DNS for years, and even tried using cloudflare's DNS servers.  No difference

    I don't know if this pings the central servers since they're on Amazon AWS servers.

    Your test looks ok. Are you getting some lag or are you just noticing higher ping times?

    @EA_Aljo no lag/ping spikes or packet loss, just consistent ping times that are much higher than they should be.  It seems like most West players in a popular NHL 21 6v6 EASHL league (LGHL) are having this problem as well despite being closer to the Central server than the East/Northeast servers. (at least for Xbox, not sure about PS4)

    @Nxckles 

    Just so I understand you right your gameplay is fine and there's no lag or input delay, but you're concerned about the ping times?

    @EA_Aljo there is more input delay with the higher ping times we get on Central, and it's noticeable.  Games feel more responsive on servers that are further away in the Northeast or East servers (depending where you are along the West coast).

    Thanks for the feedback on this. Unfortunately, I'll pass it on to the dev team. For now, the best I can do is go through some connection troubleshooting. Let me know if you want to do that.

    Thanks for letting them know.  I'll pass on trying to troubleshoot it, I've done everything imaginable to try to improve it to no avail.  And seeing as how this is impacting a lot of people, not just myself, I doubt there's anything I can do on my end.
