It would be from when you purchased the first of those 3 packs. If you bought 3 today, you'd have to wait another week from when you purchased that first pack to be able to get more.

In that case, no.  The last time I purchased a contracts pack was Tuesday 7.1.20.

Did you purchase 2 contract packs before the last one within the last week?

You'll need to be specific about what EA Sports calls "a week".  If it's midnight GMT on a Monday to 11:59 GMT on a Sunday then yes.

If it's not that schedule I'm unsure. 

To be frank, an item should not be listed as "unlimited" if there's a very defined limit on it.

It's a 3 pack per week limit. You'll have to let a week pass from the last pack you purchased.

I appreciate the effort you've put into this but the solution is unsatisfactory.

I'll be taking some screenshots and making a complaint (about the rule, certainly not about your support) regarding this matter. The in-game messaging is entirely at odds with the solution.

Have you already played through all the challenges? You can get a contracts pack that way.

I respect your ability to find ways around the problem! However, I'm looking for convenient methods to play. 

The developers need to do some coding in the store!

I'm happy to consider this closed but will pursue a complaint.
