Re: Penalties need more adjusting (and broken glass)

My favourite charging penalties are the ones where your back checker passes the puck carrier and gets a penalty for hustling. 
But, let’s not leave interference penalties off the list. Your puck carrier shoots or passes as he gets hit, and it’s his fault for not avoiding contact. In the meantime, stuff like this clip is A-OK. Do the designers even know hockey?
