How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the error code I've attached. It will also say "There was an error while downloading assets".
What happens when the bug occurs? Game won't load the. Get error code
What do you expect to see? Error codes
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 08:38
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30

The update has causes NHL24 and att fiber not to work with one another. Same thing happened after the very last update on NHL23. Please bump this to get it fixded. Will also say "There was an error while downloading assets"

    I'm on PS5 with ATT fiber. Also problems accessing WOC tonight. Access errors repeatedly

    I’m dealing with the same issue with ATAT fiber last night I tried to play league games on EASHL but it wouldn’t allow me to load in.

    I could not get on the game at all last night. This needs to be fixed. People have league and Esports games to play and its impossible to get into a lobby

    @Riedel24 Same. WOC menus take about 5 minutes to load up, then another 3 minutes to get into the DR sometimes. After games it takes about 5 more minutes to get back into the DR. Its an issue and has been consistently for some time.

    @McKable We will never get anywhere if EA keeps putting there hands over their eyes and yells that its all AT&Ts fault.

    "This patch was perfect, it can't be anything we did, it's all stupid AT&T!"

    Figured I could post to make sure this stays active since it’s such a major issue. Like it was mentioned before, this has been going on since before the update, but the update has not let me play except one game - it kicked me from that game though.
