Thank you for the reply.  Do you know if the patch from last week has yielded any useful info as to the cause of the issue?  Is there a plan of action or ETA for a fix to be implemented?

I had to play LG last night using my phone hotspot internet, average ~80 ping with spikes up to 2500ms. It was SO fun!!

I haven't heard anything yet, but I'm also not directly involved with the investigation. There's a separate team that is handling that. I'm mainly the middle man relaying details between you all and the team working on this.

the patch still didnt fix the horribly slow hut menus from 7-11 pm nighly

Anything that involves AT&T is a cluster.

They got a bit bitter and shut their thread down on the forums. 

Oh well. 

Anyways, EA has a vested interest to help uncover what it is. Depending on where the issue is, it could also involve a 3rd party. 

Sucks, but this stuff takes time. It will probably go away one evening during a maintenance window and nobody will know what fixed it.

This has NOTHING to do with AT&T. Every website, web service, and video game to ever exist in the history of humanity works great on AT&T Fiber except for this one game. This is an EA Sports NHL24 problem and nothing more. 

If you added just a tiny bit of detail it’d go a long way. It doesn’t even really need to be that true, we’d really have no way of knowing. If you just said “The ___ team met with the ___ team earlier this week and are working through the diagnostics, separately our contacts at AT&T are working through some network tests.  We should know more toward the end of the week - sorry all we know this is a huge pain but the teams are working hard on it.”

Instead you provide a copy/paste that adds no value and wonder why the responses are “toxic.”

Sure, you could be right. 

But, what would EA be doing from 8 to 1030 eastern to cause this issue for only AT&T customers?

Either way, it's irrelevant. We all just want it fixed.

Thank you for your timely responses as of late.  I’m sure you’re already aware, but there are leagues with players this effects heavily.  The leagues are what drives this game modes success.  Is there any way this issue can get escalated for more attention?  If there were ANY workaround we would just put up with the current situation and wait for a solution.  But right now, many of us cannot guarantee our teams that we can even make it into the club lobby during peak hours.

Working here from 930 east on so far

So are y’all making any progress on this? Because clearly if it’s on multiple providers than it has to be an EA problem and seems to be affecting a lot of people. Not only are we falling behind on in game tournaments but also the advent calanders, etc

Shaw is now not working. I have talked to many ppl with the same ISP and none of us can connect to the servers at all. Please provide us with a response and get this issue fixed ASAP
