Tanks for reaching out to us. I'm not aware of this being a bug, but there is no support for NHL 94 Rewind, unfortunately. So, I'm very sorry to say that if it is a bug, it's not something that would be addressed since the team has moved on to NHL 24.
Does this happen no matter the teams you choose?
I've tried about half of the teams so far and oddly enough the only team it happens to 100% of the time is the Pittsburgh Penguins
I tried going through Playstation support for a refund, seeing as the Penguins are my local team and the game for some reason locks me from progressing as them. Playstation claims they can't do anything, not even credit my account, because there is no bug report from EA.
If there is no support for this game, I just need to know what I supposed to do in this particular situation.
Community ManagerUnfortunately, there isn't anything we can do to fix it. We also can't issue a refund since the purchase was made through Sony's store.
