- Blambo_svk4 years agoNew Hotshot@EA_Aljo but if it doesn't help what I have to do, I really want to play the NHL but I don't need to be kicked during the game

If you are continuing to be kicked after performing all those steps, it would be good to contact your ISP to see if they notice any issues with your connection.
- Blambo_svk4 years agoNew Hotshot@EA_Aljo In 6 years I had no problem from the internet provider nhl 22 and it went pretty normally but as I write after the update it started

Did you already try alternate DNS settings? If not, here are some instructions. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

Well, I tried to plug in the power cable from the xbox and I tried 5 games and it hasn't kicked me yet so we'll see how to do it next - EA_Aljo4 years ago

I assume you mean you switched to using an ethernet cable instead of being on a wireless connection. If so, that makes sense because wireless is far more likely to disconnect than being on a wired connection.
- Blambo_svk4 years agoNew Hotshotno I still have the xbox directly on the cable, but I disconnected the power of the xbox from the power supply for 10 s and turned it on again

Are you still disconnecting or has restarting resolved this for you?

Great! Please reach out again if it continues or if you have any other issues. Thanks!
Any more word on this?
It seems that I get booted from the servers or experience the syncing problem after scoring a goal or some other cutscene. See video: https://youtu.be/y3TR2Fk4W-8
Is this issue still being pursued by the team? I would love to know how long I should stop playing for so I can stop wasting my time.
This error keeps on happening, maybe every 3rd game. I score a goal in HUT Rivals/Champs and suddenly I disconnect from EA servers. Gigabit wired internet connection Xbox Series X.
Also attached is a screenshot of the sync error, which also happens very often, which I have noticed also happens after some cutscene event also (goal, penalty, etc.).
Followed by this are the start of game freeze errors. When playing the first game of a "session" (after booting NHL 22 or signing into your account after your controller dies) the game will freeze and only show you the ice surface (see following images).
These errors give me losses in about half of my games. Tired of this.

Today's patch notes state the following:
- Various gameplay crash and desync fixesHopefully, that resolves this for you. Let's see what happens after you've got the patch downloaded. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
- Blambo_svk4 years agoNew Hotshot@EA_Aljo so it didn't help it kicks me again and just like the video above it makes me angry
