@KiranuuI have a rx 580 8gb too but s13 was fine for me i didn't get a single error back then. It all startetd with s14. The 0007 Reset error even gave my PC a bluescreen twice but luckily not all the time. But i also have the stuttering like when I first start the game in the menu like for the first 5-10 seconds but then it was gone, didn't had that before either.
I know it is very Bad specially when you think about the Money people spend for battle pass and staff and not being able to play ranked because of - RP
And please EA don't say "try this setting or that setting" i have even seen people messing with the Regestry and thats a bit too far because the problem is on your (maybe amd's) side of the table
