Account reset and forced login to Steam

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? SOM APRAMEYA

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. out of the game after account automatically reset
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. i was not in the game when account was completely reset
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1 and a half years
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I HAD PURCHASES IN MY ACCOUNT BUT ALL OF IT IS RESET TO 0
What should be happening instead? I SHOULD BE LOGGING IN TO MY PURCHASED ITEMS ACCOUNT
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU MANAGE TO DO THAT

My Steam account was asked to log in to EA after I started the game I log in, and boom all my items progress are gone. I have sent multiple emails and ticket updates to EA Customer care and all they have done is reply with the community forums. what do I do now? Even ContactUS EA have zero clue and want me to report it as a bug, but all the page does is bring you back to community forums. like what is going on someone help.

    I see you mentioned playing for the past year and a half or so before running into this issue. 

    Looking over your current account however, this one was created very, very recently.

    From what you're describing here, it sounds like you've linked an older Steam account to a new EA account, rather than the one containing all your progress.

    In order to restore that progress you would need to locate the original EA Account and link your Steam account back there instead.

    We are unable to make any changes to your account on the forums, so if you run into any trouble with that process please reach out to support so they can help you track down and link the original account if necessary.

  •  I was asked to log in to EA at the game splash screen, in the the steam launcher, looked like it was compulsory to log in with an EA account even when I was on steam.
