Apex coins not added into my account

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was in the store trying to buy apex coins to more especially the 40$ (4,350 Apex Coins) so I can buy the Reverent charm with the 1 legendary and 50 apex packs. I am currently 80$ down but have contacted Microsoft to refund my 80$ but please fix this issue ASAP

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? no X. amount of games. Although I've restarted my Apex 5 times already.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Do not receive apex coins
What should be happening instead? i should receive 4,350 Apex coins
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? either A.) respawn should fix it ASAP or B.) give the amount of Apex coins they give how much the customer has bought burning the black Friday sales
also if respawn can fix this ASAP and give the Coins that I've purchased that will be Amazing.
