Apex does not recognise headset mic [Astro Gaming A50s / XBOX Series X next gen]

What happens when the bug occurs? Apex does not recognise my mic in solo queue. Mic works fine in Xbox Party (I believe it also worked when in a pre-made squad, but I can't test this).
What should be happening instead? Able to communicate with squamates while solo queueing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm using Astro Gaming A50s wireless headset with base station connected to Xbox Series X using USB.
