Apex Legends - amd fx6300 freezing and disconnects

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? it freezes and to 5-10 seconds and then it just "connection to server timed out. see ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.
What should be happening instead? not freezing and disconnecting the game everytime im in a looting process or a squad vs.squad fight
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using the 1050ti, with 8gb and amd fx 6300

since I don't record my gameplays and screenshot the gameplay, I always put everything low, as I put the game to runs as an administrator and compatible with Windows 7 or 8 and also when I wait in the lobby either when I start the game or in the game or the lobby itself it just freezes and disconnects me with the same message. 

please help :v
