Apex Legends - Treasure Packs not opening

Where did the issue occur? In a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to pick up a treasure pack.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? It occurred at any point I started playing today in the lobby, after a game, and during.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 5/18/20
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When I start my game, I receive the "You earned a treasure pack!" screen with the reward that I would have received from the previous day being shown. Every time I enter the game, I receive this screen. Every time I enter and play a game, I receive it upon returning to the lobby menu. I am also unable to collect a treasure pack (It tells me to wait one day.) despite it being a new day.
What should be happening instead? I shouldn't be shown the previous day's reward screen and I should be able to collect a treasure pack every day in-game when the timer resets.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Some of my friends have expressed the same issue had occurred, some of them expressed that it did not.

I would just like to acquire my daily treasure pack as I should be able to. If possible, I'd like the treasure pack I was unable to acquire today as a result of this bug to be applied to my account.

I keep seeing the same screen saying: "The first piece" and it wont progress any further, it's annoying as heck. After every game and login :/

Ever since the treasure packs started I have found them in game but once the match is over and returns to the menus, it shows I found it but it never opens. So I havent received any of the prizes. How can we fix this so future ones open but also so I actually get the prizes I already found but couldn't open? 

Same thing w me. I've gotten all the packs each day and to my knowledge I haven't received any rewards (loot ticks, xp, etc) from the first 5 or so days. Please fix! Respawn!

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens after collecting treasure packs in-game. Inside Season 5 quest menu, I can read "TREASURE PACK REWARDS 6 of 45", but they don't open. I'm not receiving the prizes.
What should be happening instead? After collecting a treasure (1 per day) I should, automatically, receive the respective prize right after finishing the match.

Nothing happens after collecting treasure packs in-game. Inside Season 5 quest menu, I can read "TREASURE PACK REWARDS 6 of 45", but they don't open. I'm not receiving the prizes.

Maybe Im dyslexic, but I swear I should get apex pack from treasure pack today. I got points and nothing else. Apex pack is in today rewards, and 20 h until next quest unlock. Did I messed something?

According to your screenshot you can find a treasure pack now and earn 15 crafting metals.
Did you find the treasure pack today?
If you find it your crafting metals will increase to 3340.

You get the rewards automatically.

If you level up don't open any apex pack so you can test what i told you.

8 was 3000 challenge points and i got it!

9 is Apex pack

10 is the Legendary Hunt

I have 8 of 45 but it doesn't show the previous rewards so it's confusing.

My 9th treasure pack in 17hours will be an Apex pack and i'll probably get it. I'll post again later...

Do you also have 8 of 45?
