APEX LEGENDS - UNABLE TO ADD BOTH ACCOUNT / FRIEND FROM PC AND XBOX

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Menu. friends section . Adding my other account on PC as friends
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. NOT IN ANY MACTHES

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? when u have two accounts one on PC , the other one on Xbox / PS4
What should be happening instead? a friend request should appear but it doesnt
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Yes, must have two account on apex legends , one on the Xbox one / PS4 sever , then One on account on PC origin , Then you will realised that even we have crossplay, it is IMPOSSIBLE to add Both accounts tgt , so I can play with my siblings or my family. so lesson to be learn you cannot have 2 accounts in EA , Microsoft and origin sever you will not be able to add each other as friends

HI guys ,  

i know we have reached the apex crossplay beta  version thanks to the effort of the EA and game creators. 

but however, I notice something interesting, 

I have two apex legends account ONE ON PC ORIGIN , ONE ON THE XBOX ONE 

SO I TRIED ADDING THE TWO TOGETHER, BUT IT DOESNT WORK HAHA. 

In The Xbox One APEX , I managed to send out a friend request but I waited for 5-10mins , there is still no friend requests on my PC APEX account.

however, when I search my XBOX ONE gamertag name , it does not manage to find my Xbox One Apex Legends ACCOUNT OMO 

So do you guise Experience this issue ? 

Lesson learn today : if you have 2 account one on PC ,, one on Xbox Sever , You cannot add them as friends to be able to crossplay, only must have one account to do the crossplay. be it whether the player is in Singapore sever , US sever , London .Japan sever ,. i have tried but still a MEH
