APEX LEGENDS HACKS AND HACKER

The hackbot is publicly being sold on websites in China for cheap af, they are spreading very fast and uncontrollable.
You do not need further proves because it is an obvious issue, everybody knows about it, everybody knows where it came from, all act of denials are just bullshiting on purpose.

Unless you can come up with a fix to counter/fix the hacks loophole, which is very much unlikely. Let put all the China IPs into a separate server.
If you guys don't act now, the game will be ruined very quickly, just like how PUBG was ruined by the same exact disease - the chinese hacks.

Ok so this is how you deal with a burning hot issue that the community is agonizingly suffering from and reports?
The only answer is "please do not name and share links? 

I would expect something like: We are fully aware of the issue, and are investigating, we are considering to deliver solutions such as: a, b, c.... in the meanwhile we are still banning accounts (which does minor effect)

But no, all you have is, do not name the hackers, for it is against 1 of our rule, a tiny little rule comparing to the violation of * hacking and ruining the game.

Hey man if your worried about your kid being introduced to toxic people, you need to keep him off online games period. Every single online game especially when it's competitive will have toxic people left and right. You need to put him playing some mmorpg's or story based games not online community games because any game that's actually FUN to play now a days is FILLED with toxicity...Welcome to the internet! If it's a serious concern you really need to keep him off all these games in general til he's older.

Can we submit the gameplay of the hacker? Like after we die, we record their gameplay and send it out to eac for review? Please advise if this is workable and not in breach of the terms and conditions. 

um yeah so there's this player on origins who name is <name and shame removed>  and he was hacking in apex legends. he has aim lock hacks and wall hacks and it significantly ruins the game for me and many others
