Apex legends wrongful ban Code:Snake error

hey man, im having the same error code. its been happening since today. However its only happening on battle royale and it doesnt say im banned. rlly bugs me cus im trying to complete the bloodhound chronicles challenge

having the same issue man havent been able to play a game for a week now it feels bad

Yeah this Bug already happened Back then in Season 8 and 9 aswell, there are so many people that got banned by the Anti-Cheat Software by mistake. 

We can just keep on being active in the forum and make threads and comment in each other untill they finally do Something.  

Have been trying to get in touch with literally anyone to help with this, but we keep getting cut and pasted answers of "no you're account is permanently banned" I've been having this same issue since Tuesday night. I've done nothing, and I've put in around 5 cases now, hoping someone real will actually be able to look at it and revert the problem. I've never cheated or hacked this game, and there are a TON of others who have this same issue thats been going on for the past week, if not longer. Trying to get in contact with TOS team is rough because none of them will actually look at the case. If you could point them at this, have them actually help each person who is experiencing this issue that way we can get back to playing this game we love. 

Having the same issue. Been trying to get in contact with anyone on the EA Help team that can actually get me my account back and just keep getting the same emails. I've done nothing wrong. I've spent hours on this game, and hundreds of dollars to be dealt this bug. It sucks! I really hope they can fix it soon and get everyone they're account back. I've been stressing over this since Tuesday and it hurts so damn much to not know if I'm going to actually be able to get my account back because of this bug. 

@EA_KentYesterday night got the error for the first time and it was clearly related to Ranked mode only. After one game that ended normally, I just was not able to match up into the next game - the game went into a loop of showing up to 150+ players in queue -> starting server -> matchmaking and eventually thew this error, twice I stayed in the game, third time game crashed and I was forced into Windows Desktop.

At the same time I tried and tried again, the same thing, eventually went into trying regular trio game which run without an issue, after playing 2? public games I managed to get back into Ranked.

But this is yet another great invention as it seems, probably related to the new "cloud synchronization" happening on the game's launch (at least in Origin)...gladly didn't get banned, that if so happens, will be the last drop in my patience pool and Apex will be gone for good 100% guranteed! 🙌

Kent, I have been a victim of the false ban to my account due to Code: Snake. I have also sent in multiple tickets about my false ban, and they continue to tell me that they cannot remove such ban due to "cheating". I have never once cheated in Apex legends. I have spent hundreds of hours as well as hundreds of dollars on my account. Why in the hell would I cheat knowing I could lose my account. Your TOS team needs to do a better job at actually looking at the accounts rather than just seeing it was due to Code: snake. Actually pathetic

I have been dealing with the same issue since 9/12/21. I've contacted their ToS team three times about the problem and after the third attempt they basically said, "Do not expect any more replies regarding this issue". I've never cheated just like you. It's insane how much their team does not care about the longevity of their community in the slightest. Yesterday (10/7/21) I was able to play on my banned account (I think there were issues going on with their servers), but the next day I get on for the first time to find out that I am banned, again. It's honestly sad to think how many people this is affecting, especially for legitimate players where some have spent hundreds of dollars on cosmetics just to get it torn away for something that they have never done. EA needs to get it together. Their ToS team does nothing constructive and I can't even send them a email request to talk to them 1-on-1 without getting the same, generic, automated bot email sent back to me restating that I can expect no more replies regarding the matter. Get it together.
