What happens when the bug occurs? We get confused about the amount of points that we should have depending on the rate of kills and assists.
What should be happening instead? Giving the right points (RP) for each player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Making many ranked matches and see if the player get the right RP they should have.
Today, at around 19:50 GMT, I was playing some ranked match with my friend where in the last game we won the match.
After resuming the game and going to the lobby we began to talk about how much RP we had won in that last game, where I got 3 kills and 3 assists and received the amount of 189 RP (125 from the 3 kills and 3 assists- 100 RP for winning). But here came the weird part where my cousin had done 7 kills and 3 assists and received the amount of the EXACT SAME 189 RP (125 from the 7 kills and 3 assists - 100 RP for winning).
I would like to be able to understand what kind of mats is done when reviewing how much RP we should be able to win, because if I can remember right, for each kill you get at least 10 RP until u reach the 5 kill meter, so why did my cousin get the exact same amount of RP than me? I've made a print of the moment so you guys can check it out.
Seems a little unfair..
Can someone clarify me this question?

- @Racer_ftw Kills + assists are capped at 5.
You can have 5 kills or 20 kills same rp.
Can have 2 kills + 3 assists. Or 2 kills + 20 assists. Still capped at 5.
So assists + kill = 5 + placement points = depending on what ranked. In your case 189. Max kills + assists together 5.
