What happens when the bug occurs? My Ranked Points didn't count after finishing a ranked mode in 3rd with around 7 kills and 2 assists... I needed 114 RP to rank up from Gold l to Platinum lV, also when i'm at the lobby it shows that i've reached platinum lV at the top next of my nick and at the left it shows that i'm still needing 114 points to rank up from gold to patinum.
What should be happening instead? I should receive the Ranked Points and display that i'm at platinum with the right amount of ponts on left.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it's the first time that this bug happens to me... Maybe it's a problem with the server not registering the informations about the match.
Hi there, i'm not sure if i'm posting it on the right place, but here we go:
I was playing ranked mode with my squad and after a match that we've finished on 3rd, my Ranked Points didn't count while my friends Points did.
I didn't quit from the game to do any kind of exploit or anything like that to avoid losing RP, since i was the last of us alive. I went through the whole process of skipping the statistics
of the match to the lobby and all was fine, until i check on the left that my ranked points didn't count. I ranked up to platinum lV, since i needed only 114 points to reach it and i did around 6 or 8 kills, with around 2 assists and the 3rd place.
The proove that i've ranked up and the points didn't count, is the Platinum badge next to my nick, but the problem is: at the left above the ranked mode it shows that i still need to get more 114 points to rank up from Gold l to Platinum lV...
There's any way to fix it? Did anyone else experienced this too?
