What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get my badge that I earned and I end up not wanting to play anymore

I should have gotten my 2k badge and I hope u can award me it also my friends have gotten the same bug and they quit the game because of it. These images show that I have gotten 2132 damage and no badge also It shows loba is my main legend and I have worked to get the badge.

I was playing a match of apex legends and got the 2k badge I did 2337 damage and when I got back to the lobby I didn't have the 2k badge I have proof that I got the badge I took a screenshot because I was excited that I did 2000 damge
I played a game of pubs I was pathfinder and my teammates were lobs and Ballistic I have a screen shot of me getting 2272 damage but I did not get my 2k badge for Pathfinder.

I didn't get the wrath badge for Caustic even though I have more than 2500 damages in that game. I have restarted the game and played for a few more to see it comes later, but it didn't.
