Banned for no reason??

Client has been banned? I haven't played this game since pre season 1. When I had played back then, I wasn't banned. I had played on origin and I had just downloaded the game on steam last night. I tried to load into a game with my friend twice and it said client has been banned. I'm not using any cheats, There is no reason why I should have been banned? This is my appeal
