can not use ADS to cancel reloading on 30-30 Repeater and Mastiff Shotgun

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? clear the magazine, press R, and then press the RMB Repeat this process and bug will appear very frequently
this is a long standing bug and somebody please just fix it
