Can't Connect EA Account To Nintendo Switch To Play Apex

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

Hi EA When I Got Apex On My Switch And Download It And Log In To EA But There Was A Bug Its Says Its Unable To Connect EA Please Help Me🥺

    I’m on the switch and I keep getting code 100 error sad man I just wanna play.

    @TheAwesomeKid126 Thank you for the posts. Just for my own tracking, can I check you're trying to link the same EA account that you're using to post?

    Also, can I check if you're the primary Switch account on the Switch you're trying to use?

    Edit: From a local test I wasn't able to replicate, so if you have any details or hints on what might be different on your accounts, that could help a lot.

    I have the same issue. I even made a whole new account and it still didn’t work. Error code 100

    @RBW972 Hey, can you ensure your local time/region are set correctly. If they don't match up that can lead to issues like this, and lots of people mess with their Switch system time for Animal Crossing.

    Tried that, all set correctly and still doesn’t work. Reset my password and logged back in on PC ok but still cannot log in on switch

    @Beepymilk8 do you get any error message?

    If you go to System Settings > Support > Error History does anything show there for the this event?

    Nothing in the error history I just get the attached error message when trying to log in
