Can't Queue Ranked With Friends

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to switch from pubs to ranked in the lobby

What happens when the bug occurs? I've been trying to play ranked with my 2 friends (who I've played every split with since the game came out) and it will not let us queue as it says there is a max of 1 rank tier difference allowed. We all finished the season Plat 3, Plat 4, and Gold 4. After the reset we are Silver 1, 2, and 3. I can queue ranked solo and they can queue with each other, but when I am involved in the queue with another person it gives me the error. I tried playing a couple of games to see if it would reset my SR, but it put me into Plat lobbies each time (I am currently Silver 1).
What should be happening instead? I should be able to queue ranked with my friends
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not a clue
