Can't receive friend request from Switch child account to my Xbox one X account.

@Macaw593 I am having the same issue I have a PS4 my son has a switch and we cannot invite each other or send friend request so we can play together but I am friends with one of his friends that have a switch and we found each other just fine but I cannot stop by said he could not find me or if we send friend request to each other we do not get them please help
