Was playing Loba and couldn't use any of my skills and heals. I was around Rift and Estates coming back and forth through the portal.

What happens when the bug occurs? I went through the big portal in the middle of the map and then went back though it and then i couldn't access my weapons or heal until i went down then i could use my weapons but still couldn't heal
What should be happening instead? well i should be able to access my weapons and be able to heal

from what i understand with my own testing its when you try to enter the portal again (by walking backwards) before you can perform an action. It seems that it mess with the game and locks you in that state. I have posted 2 video on reddit of it happening

going through the phase runner that leads into rift does get rid of the problem

I went through the portal in the middle of the map, and right after that we have started a fight with an enemy squad when suddenly my armor got broken and my HP went somewhere like 10%. I hide and I have tried for 5 minutes to use a shield cell, battery, syringe, Medkit, but nothing worked at all even the Q from lifeline, such as the R. I could shot fine but couldn't recharge my shield and heal myself.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to heal and recharge my shield

I can confirm this because I had the same issue. Couldn't use my lifelines' heal, syringe, shield cell, battery, medkit, etc.but only the weapons. Here is my topic.

What happens when the bug occurs? After entering the phase runner in a strange way using Burglar's Best Friend, I was unable to use my tactical or ultimate abilities, and I was unable to use shield cells (even when clicking on them in inventory.) I tried changing the keybind for my ultimate ability but it remained impossible to use. The issue fixed itself when I died and my teammate respawned me, after which time I reset all my keybinds.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use my tactical, ultimate, and consumable items.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the Phase runner on Olympus and try throwing Loba's jump drive directly into it. As she travels through the phase runner she should have strange-looked contorted hands in front of her. Also, I noticed that when I did this Loba didn't enter the void after leaving the phase runner, but that may have been unrelated.

While I was messing around in the phase runner I also came across a visual bug where my R-99 was visible and drawn while I was phasing. This might also affect gameplay and it could potentially be exploitable.

I had the same problem after coming out of the portal into the storm. I tried downing myslef, swapping shields. Nothing allowed me to heal. Clipped it though and I’m sure it can be replicated with a couple tries.

What happens when the bug occurs? After landing from the redeploy/portal going into rift, I was unable to use any healing items, my ability or my ultimate. I was able to bring up the medical supplies wheel and tried to us the meds manually by pressing A but this didn’t work either. Retook the portal again to try and fix but this didn’t work
What should be happening instead? Been able to use my healing items, ability and alt.

I have also just encountered this bug. I believe it's due to opening the healing item wheel while teleporting through the large rifts. It made me die in the ring because I couldn't heal, so hopefully, this gets fixed soon

Can't use items or abilities after going through teleporter, I went through a teleporter on the map then back through it almost immediately and was unable to do anything, not even pull out my gun or use my abilities. After I went through the teleporter that causes you to fall from the sky I was able to use my weapons but nothing else. I couldn't heal or use any of my abilities
