What happens when the bug occurs? I went through the portal in the middle of the map, and right after that we have started a fight with an enemy squad when suddenly my armor got broken and my HP went somewhere like 10%. I hide and I have tried for 5 minutes to use a shield cell, battery, syringe, Medkit, but nothing worked at all even the Q from lifeline, such as the R. I could shot fine but couldn't recharge my shield and heal myself.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to heal and recharge my shield

I had the same problem after coming out of the portal into the storm. I tried downing myslef, swapping shields. Nothing allowed me to heal. Clipped it though and I’m sure it can be replicated with a couple tries.
