Well guys , u guys must have cannot sync cloud data issue
it doesn't matter which country u are in
the issue was solved but require some sacrifice
Step by step to solved the cloud sync issue
1- open mobile hot-spot from ur mobile phone
2- connect your computer or laptop to your mobile phone internet connection
3- login to your origin
4- open "my game library"
5- choose "Apex Legends" or any game with the cloud sync issue
6- Click "PLAY"
7- IMPORTANT : u must change your connection back to wifi and then ENJOY THE GAME
You are required to connect your mobile phone internet connection everytime to solve the cloud sync issue
wanna know why it works with mobile phone?
because almost all app service and window service will be terminated if you are using mobile phone internet connection
therefor if you are using wifi the origin cloud sync was interrupted by other service in your laptop or computer, and needed internet speed was not match
