It looks like the behavior has changed, but the club name is still not being displayed. Since the patch, I got two wins with a full squad of club members, and observed the same behavior each time.
Instead of displaying "<club name> are the champions", it shows the default "You are the champions" message. This occurs despite being on a full pre-made team of players in the same club. See this clip below - at the end of the clip, you can see that we're all in the same club.
It seems that something odd is happening with the Club detection more broadly; I suspect this may be related to the win screen issues that prompted this thread.
Another place where Club name typically appears is on the 'Your Squad' screen. This is the screen that appears immediately after Character Select, where all of your team's banners are displayed. If you are in a full pre-made squad of club members, historically this screen would always show your club name at the top, as seen in this screenshot from Season 13:
Prior to Season 14, this feature was consistently reliable; since the start of Season 14, this feature does not work reliably. It does work once in a while, showing that it hasn't been removed from the game entirely, but in my experience Club detection now fails more often than not. Here is a screenshot from today, September 25th, where we launch with a full squad of club members but the club is not detected on the "Your Squad" screen:
If the Club name is not detected at the 'Your Squad' screen, it makes sense that it would also not appear on the Win screen. The issue of Club detection seems to be affecting more areas than just the Win screen.
