Continuously losing flight speed during initial drop of match

What happens when the bug occurs? Lose speed when flying and cannot regain it.
What should be happening instead? Be able to maintain or increase speed by changing flight path.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drop out of dropship at beginning of match.

When I exit the dropship at the beginning of the match I start at a high speed of typically 148 but the speed begins to decrease even if I continue along a path that has previously not caused me to lose speed. Even when I fly straight down I can only reach a top speed of 135. This bug causes me to land short of my intended location or very late. If I am jumpmaster, my squad mates are affected until they break off from what I have seen.
