did not receive tier 100 rewards

Platform:Sony Playstation 4

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? sainttanthonyy

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? wraith
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? lifeline and octane but not important
Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. game ended , returnng to lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. transitioning to lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 20
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 18/06/18 1:57 PM cst
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? after the match you earn experience to progress in your battle pass , i received my experience after the match to finish the battle pass to tier 100 , well i hit the xp need ( less the 500 xp) but still says im tier 99 but passed tier 100
What should be happening instead? turning to tier 100 and receive the rewards
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure , not into that how to resolving tings but i guess check the coding or logs and see why i haven't received the rewards for my battle pass

    Gaming platform: PC platform

    I seem to have a problem with the game "APEX LEGENDS". My season pass has risen to full level before the end of the season. I have already reached the full level in the season pass, but I did not receive the corresponding reward when I reached level 110, and the interface to enter the pass will also cause problems and will not be able to exit smoothly. I think this may be a bug, so I restarted the game and recorded this video on my phone so you know what the problem is. After repeatedly starting the game, but the problem still exists, I don't know why the reason is so I have to ask for help, I really love APEX LEGENDS, I hope you can check this BUG. Because the season is over, I am a little worried. I am sorry to bring you trouble..I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

    @sainttanthonyy Hi, what was your local time and timezone when you played this match? Your post was shortly after the end of the season, and I fear the cut-off may have been missed.

    @Carlos24jc If you check your BP now, what level does it tell you that you have? You appear to have hit level 106 from what I can see, but not 110. I want to double check this of course, though.

    my timezone is Central TimeZone (CST) and it was 1:55 PM whenever i started my last match of season 1 and died on purpose at 1:57 PM and once i claimed the experience i went to see and showed it hit tier 100 but didn't receive the rewards and once season 1 ended it didnt let me claim it or nothing

    Hello!

    I just checked my season level and determined that the rating is 110.

    Because season 1 is almost over, I played a lot of games before the deadline, from morning to night. The goal is to get the Golden Idol Havoc Skin and Season 1 Badge rewards at level 110.

    You can also confirm the information from my game data. In those few days, my battle pass level has risen a lot. Unfortunately, when I was at level 110, the rewards were not released immediately, and I was unable to exit the battle pass page normally.

    Until now, the problem is still there and it has not been resolved.

    I uploaded the relevant game screenshots and videos again, which were recorded when I found the problem.

    Since I can't upload the video in the reply, I uploaded the screenshot of the game. If necessary, I can email the video file to you.
